Understanding the importance of alternative forms of disputes resolution, incorporated into generally accepted meaning “Alternative Dispute Resolution” (ADR), for development of business and civil society in the Republic of Kazakhstan led to a creation of Enterprise «Independent Arbitration Centre» in 2001, which is the largest independent institute in the Republic of Kazakhstan successfully leading a business on disputes resolution and adjustment arising between civil circulation subjects. To provide with the right realization of each civil circulation participant for assertion of infringed or questioned social and economic and personal rights and liberties, and in accordance with current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international requirements the “Independent Arbitration Centre” had established Arbitration Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (IAC), International Arbitration Court (IAC) and International Mediation Center (IAC).

           The primary intent and mission of “Independent Arbitration Centre” is a creation and development of legal mechanisms both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and out of the country which provide with competent, efficient and economical resolution of civil and legal disputes, and permanent pursuit for simultaneously improvement with continuously increasing interest to them from local lawyers and business groups.

           Continuous scientific and practical work in arbitration court procedure and mediation, study of world experience, worked out disputes resolution processes management in details in accordance with high world standards allowing maximally providing with keeping concepts of justice, neutrality and independence – these are some advantages not leaving any doubts at interested persons regarding the competence and professionalism of the «Independent Arbitration Centre». Exactly therefore the enterprise has rich positive experience in disputes resolution with participation of big local and foreign companies in different business sectors including bank and financial services, industrial and construction business, oil and gas industries.
