The recommended text of addition to the arbitration (third-party tribunal) clause, containing the right of the parties to the reference to mediation procedure:

“Before the hearing in the Republic of Kazakhstan Arbitration court “IAC” (International Arbitration Court) all disputes can be sent for settlement in the International Mediation Center “IMC”.
